Welcome to www.localfu.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and LocalFu Travel Holdings Inc. regarding your use of our travel discovery platform, mobile experiences, and any related services (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

Definitions

"Traveler" means any individual using the Platform to plan or review a trip. "Local Expert" means any third-party contributor who provides recommendations, itinerary suggestions, or local guidance through the Platform. "Content" means any text, photographs, recommendations, itineraries, or other material made available through the Platform.

Use of the Platform

The Platform is a discovery tool designed to connect travelers with locally sourced recommendations and itinerary reviews. LocalFu does not operate tours, resell travel services, or arrange transportation or lodging directly. Travelers are responsible for booking their own travel, lodging, and activities through the applicable providers.

Traveler Responsibilities

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and at your own risk. You are responsible for complying with all travel requirements, including passports, visas, vaccinations, insurance, and local laws; for evaluating the suitability of any recommendation before acting on it; and for respecting local communities, businesses, and customs that you encounter on your trip.

Local Expert Content

Recommendations and itinerary reviews submitted by Local Experts represent their personal opinions and experiences. LocalFu curates Local Experts but does not independently verify every recommendation and does not guarantee that businesses, hours, pricing, or experiences remain accurate or unchanged over time. You should always confirm key details directly with the relevant venue or provider before making plans.

Third-Party Services

The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party services, including maps, booking platforms, payment processors, and review aggregators. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. LocalFu is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

Intellectual Property

The Platform, its software, design, curated content, and trademarks are the property of LocalFu or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial travel planning. Scraping, bulk extraction, or redistribution of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

User Content License

When you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other material to the Platform, you grant LocalFu a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on and in connection with the Platform. You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you submit.

SMS Messaging – Promotional Marketing Only

By opting in, you agree to receive promotional SMS messages from LocalFu about travel inspiration, new destinations, featured local experts, and related offers. Opting in is not required to use the Platform.

Message frequency varies. You may receive promotional text messages periodically based on ongoing campaigns.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier fees for SMS and data usage may be charged by your wireless provider.
Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from LocalFu.

Supported carriers include: AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Google Voice, Cellular One, Cellcom, Cellular South, Interop, Clearsky.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. LocalFu does not warrant that any itinerary, recommendation, or third-party listing is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your particular travel needs.

Limitation of Liability

LocalFu is not liable for any injury, loss, delay, cancellation, damage, or expense you may incur during travel or in reliance on the Platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid to LocalFu in the prior twelve months, whichever is greater.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration seated in Creek County, Oklahoma, with each party bearing its own costs except as otherwise required by law.

Amendments

LocalFu may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be accessible on the Platform, and your continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
